Finance Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring all invoices are actioned promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the AP inbox and ensure all invoices are actioned promptly.
  • Ingest invoices into our system for processing.
  • Apply accurate coding and cost allocation to all invoices.
  • Match invoices against purchase orders to confirm approval and delivery.
  • Import verified invoices into our accounting software.
  • Assist with financial reporting using data from our accounting software.
  • Enter and update financial data in spreadsheets and internal records.
  • Provide general support to the broader team, including scheduling, document prep, and coordination tasks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate – Accounting or Similar field.
  • Familiarity with ApprovalMax or similar PO approval workflows – PREFERRED.
  • Xero Accounting tool experience - PREFERRED.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Effective problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
