Job Description

As a Senior Controlling Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering regular reporting packages and implementing relevant updates to ensure the quality and reliability of financial data.

You will have direct interaction with stakeholders within the Controlling community, collaborating on various projects and initiatives. Your expertise in finance operations, shared service settings, and local environments will enable you to transform data into actionable insights that align with customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting, preferably CPA, is required. CIMA/CMA certification is an advantage.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in finance operations, with a focus on financial modeling, management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, internal controls, cash flow management, stakeholder relations, and risk management.
  • Proven expertise in evaluating and implementing financial systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Controlling experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/manufacturing industries and shared services is an advantage.
  • Collaborative, assertive, and confident communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to business stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills are required.
