
Operations Business Growth Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Team Leaders and ensuring the achievement of Client Service Level Agreement and financial expectations.
This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills to maximize revenue generation and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in call center management and experience in developing action plans to improve performance.
Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and be able to present information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and develop direct reports to achieve individual and team goals
- Analyze and maintain Client Service Level Agreements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation and meet financial targets
- Manage operational reports to inform business decisions and drive performance
- Create and maintain relationships with client partners to drive business growth
- Provide guidance and support to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards
- Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in call center management, with at least 2 years of progressive management experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing action plans to improve performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
