About the Management Trainee Role

The Management Trainee plays a pivotal part in ensuring operational effectiveness and excellence across various aspects of the business. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs for assigned areas, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

Specifically, this role involves:

  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance sales performance, including initiatives to drive client engagement and relationships with institutional accounts.
  • Conducting regular assessments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost management, thereby driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Managing workforce resources effectively, encompassing manpower planning, hiring, and training new team members, as well as scheduling and shift management.
  • Implementing administrative tasks essential to business success, such as office organization, permitting, and store reporting, while also championing programs like Store Safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, preferably in Food or Business Studies. Additionally, they should demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with all levels of store operations.
