Job Summary

This is a temporary disaster relief position for highly motivated and dedicated individuals. As a disaster relief agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients affected by natural disasters.

About the Role:

We are seeking candidates who can assist customers with service inquiries, learn common requests and solutions, improve customer experience, utilize service techniques and systems, and escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels.

Requirements:

This is a remote position contingent on disaster relief needs. Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted on an as-needed basis. Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET.
