About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join RAMIGA TRAVEL AND TOURS' as a full-time Travel Agent in our Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental office. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing professional travel planning and booking services to our diverse client base. Your role will be crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our travel agency.

What you'll be doing

1. Liaising with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
2. Researching and recommending the most suitable travel options, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
3. Booking and managing all aspects of client travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities
4. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during the client's travel experience
5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, destination information, and travel supplier offerings
6. Handling any changes or modifications to client bookings, and providing timely support and assistance as needed
7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client bookings and travel arrangements

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agent or customer service role within the travel industry
2. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
4. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
6. A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients plan and book their dream vacations
