Remote Customer Support Specialist

This is a flexible work opportunity.

  • Provide exceptional customer support and manage client communications effectively.
  • Respond to calls and email inquiries efficiently.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management with precision.
  • Drive marketing and social media initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific standard operating procedures in daily tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Adhere to company guidelines when fulfilling daily tasks.
  • Represent the company's core values effectively within and outside the organization.
  • Provide data and information to the leadership team as needed.
  • Perform additional services required from time to time.
Requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills are essential.
  • Background checks are mandatory.
  • A good American accent is preferred.
  • A quiet home office environment is necessary.
  • Flexibility to work graveyard shifts is required.
  • A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with backup available is crucial.
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available is essential.
  • At least an 8-gen i3 processor, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC with SSD disc are minimum requirements.
