The Senior Manager for Service Excellence will be responsible for leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives by engaging senior leaders to identify business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.

This role involves:

  • Ensuring timely project delivery with agreed-upon metrics or goals.
  • Structuring business challenges logically.
  • Mentoring Project Managers on Lean Six Sigma and general project management skills.
  • Driving change within business units aligned to supporting project execution and toll-gating.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis to generate key insights.
  • Developing presentations for senior management on project or program progress.
  • Generating insights from customer interviews, desk research, and discussions with Lean experts.
  • Ensuring disciplined, data-driven approaches to improving operational performance led by the voice of the customer.
  • Quantifying impact on financials, productivity, and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Engage senior leaders to identify business challenges.
  • Develop actionable recommendations to drive business impact.
  • Drive project execution and toll-gating.
  • Improve end-to-end operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Lean Six Sigma trained and/or certified.
  • PMP / Prince 2 trained and/or certified would be an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or related areas.
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority.
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguity.
