We are seeking a talented Senior Rust Software Development Leader to drive the adoption of this exciting language into our software offerings.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software in Rust. They will also advocate for Rust adoption within our organization and upstream projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring seamless integration.

This role requires strong technical expertise in software development, particularly in Rust programming. The ideal candidate will have experience with distributed systems, APIs, and Linux at the system level. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential for collaboration with colleagues, partners, and community members.

  • Develop well-tested and well-documented software in Rust, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead the adoption of Rust technology within our organization, collaborating with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Maintain and improve our existing software infrastructure, ensuring it remains scalable, efficient, and secure.
