Marketing Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and event promotions.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external communication channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Support brand consistency across all marketing deliverables, including print materials, digital assets, and presentation materials.
  • Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using project management tools.
  • Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to design and produce marketing assets.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
  • Provide additional administrative and marketing support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is highly preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
