Job Description: Brand Ambassador / Promoter

The Brand Ambassador / Promoter serves as the public face of the company, representing the brand at events, retail locations, and customer touchpoints. This role is responsible for promoting beauty products, creating brand awareness, building customer relationships, and driving sales. The Brand Ambassador must consistently embody the company's image, values, and personality while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the face of the brand by demonstrating and promoting beauty products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through product promotions and effective customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
  • Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and in-store activations through product demonstrations and sampling.
  • Communicate the company's vision, mission, and product benefits to customers and prospects.
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Strengthen customer relationships, ensuring a positive and long-term brand connection.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in promotions, product sampling, retail, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident, pleasing personality.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Persuasive sales and marketing skills, with the ability to influence buying decisions.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Active public presence or strong social media following is an advantage.
