Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content, including graphics, reels, and captions, that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong brand pages on Facebook and Instagram, growing our online presence from the ground up.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop innovative marketing solutions, driving results and achieving business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful Facebook ad management, with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Ability to create and implement effective branding strategies, resulting in consistent brand recognition.
  • Strong creative skills, including design and visual elements, to support brand identity.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Bonus: experience working with blue-collar, service-based, or B2B industries.
