Job Overview

As a strategic TikTok Manager, you will lead the brand's presence on this popular social media platform. Your creative vision and technical skills will help grow our online community and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Grow social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) by engaging with creators, negotiating partnerships, and managing relationships.
  • Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly TikTok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges to produce viral content.
  • Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach.
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Manage TikTok community engagement (respond to comments, DMs).
  • Stay updated with platform updates and algorithm changes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.
  • Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software.
  • A deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.
