Social Media Marketing Role

A growing e-commerce support company seeks a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns based on insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media plans to grow reach and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create and schedule visually appealing content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly to maximize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas to drive conversions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling and creativity.
  • A solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is an asset.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
