Title Processor Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing real estate closings and title work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the title processing cycle, reviewing contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documentation, coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and procedural requirements, preparing files for closing, and communicating professionally and promptly with all parties involved.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the title processing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Review and verify contract, title commitment, and closing disclosure documents
  • Coordinate with external parties, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents
  • Maintain accurate records of all transaction documents
  • Prepare files for closing, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved, providing clear and concise updates on the status of transactions
Requirements
  • Necessary Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in real estate transactions, preferably in a title processing or similar role
  • Familiarity with title work, closings, and real estate documentation
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in digital tools, email, and document handling platforms
