Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and handle confidential travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare high-level correspondence, reports, and strategic presentations.
  • Oversee document management, including sensitive client files and project tracking.
  • Perform in-depth research for leadership decisions, candidate profiles, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with clients and candidates, ensuring polished interactions.
  • Plan and execute events, board meetings, and leadership workshops.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools like Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively in teams.
  • Adaptable mindset for dynamic priorities.
