This role involves working with Recruitment Consultants to gain a strong understanding of client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, and assisting with placing successful candidates into a position. The ideal candidate will have experience in candidate management and sourcing, be committed to their recruitment career, and possess a natural ability to develop relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Job Adverts
  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Source Candidates through LinkedIn, Seek and Bullhorn
  • Book and Interview shortlisted candidates
  • Complete reference checks, data entry and other administrative duties as required

Requirements
  • Candidate management and sourcing experience of 3 years plus
  • Commitment to recruitment career
  • Experienced candidate manager or resourcer with IT or accounting background
  • Natural relationship developer with ability to deliver on word to clients and candidates
  • Driven, ambitious, and results-focused individual
