Job Summary:
The Reservations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient front desk operations. As a key member of our team, you will oversee reservations, customer service, and front desk coordination while providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or a call center environment.
  3. At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
