Job Summary:
The Reservations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient front desk operations. As a key member of our team, you will oversee reservations, customer service, and front desk coordination while providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or a call center environment.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
