About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to join our team and contribute to our success. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 members, ensuring that our 24X7 Shift operations run smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate the activities of your team, providing guidance and support as needed
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  3. Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking operations environment
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in contact center operations, handling financial backgrounds
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team
