Customer Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide clear and concise guidance to clients on our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Develop and deliver training sessions to clients on our products and services.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and services.
