Job Responsibilities

Key tasks and duties include:

  • Assist management and line managers with day-to-day administrative activities and human resources operations.
  • Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies.
  • Prepare administrative and HR-related letters, emails, and other correspondence; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures on HR issues such as planning, recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Follow up and handle sustainable technician and labor compliance issues.
  • Provide employee counseling and grievance handling services.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, wellness, and health of employees.
  • Resolve administrative problems and challenges.
  • Verify regional office rent, utility, and bill payments.
Experience Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR and Admin roles, preferably in the telecom sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess skills and qualifications in the following areas:

  • General HR practices
  • Recruitment and selection processes
  • Compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave management
  • Training and development programs
  • Legal compliance and code of conduct
  • HRIS and HR database management
  • Performance and career management

Additionally, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office package) are essential.
