Job Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining regular contact with team leaders and client managers to understand their priorities, requirements, concerns, and issues that impact HR. The successful candidate will relay relevant information and business requirements to HR specialists to effectively address concerns and deliver seamless service to client teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular contact with team leaders and client managers to understand their priorities, requirements, concerns, and issues that impact HR.
  • Ensure end-to-end recruitment processes are efficiently managed and provide guidance on HR policies and interpretation to employees.
  • Support team operations by ensuring efficient office systems and administrative requirements are thoroughly in place.
  • Prepare general budgets and administer petty cash systems with accurate records.
  • Procure administrative requirements, purchase supplies, and ensure trouble-free operations.
  • Act as the point person for overall operational concerns and issues.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or Psychology, or an equivalent field.
  • The ideal candidate should have exposure to and knowledge of a diverse range of HR facets, including resourcing, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably, candidates should have Supervisor-level experience or above, with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
  • This is a full-time position available.
