Transaction Management Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact through closing.
  • Optimize CRM systems to improve operational activities and prioritize client needs.
  • Prepare pre-listing materials, obtain signatures on listing agreements and disclosures, and input listing information on MLS and marketing websites.
  • Coordinate with third-party services such as title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
  • Oversee inspections, negotiations regarding repairs, and submit necessary documentation for file compliance.
  • Update client databases and conduct customer follow-up to assist with home improvements, gather referrals, or perform circle prospecting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools
  • Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage competing demands and diverse workloads
  • Capacity to work independently following client business hours
