We seek a meticulous and experienced professional to handle all aspects of the title processing cycle for real estate transactions.

  • Review contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documentation with precision.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and prepare files for closing while ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Track deadlines and update transaction statuses throughout the process with utmost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Title Processing Cycle Management: Handle all stages of the title processing cycle from contract review to file preparation and closing coordination.
  • Document Review and Evaluation: Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and other related documents.
  • Documentation Coordination: Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents for the transaction.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements throughout the process.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Transaction Tracking: Track deadlines and update transaction statuses throughout the process.
