Job Description

A Real Estate Transaction Coordinator oversees the entire transaction process, ensuring seamless coordination between buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents.

  • Manage purchase agreements, contracts, transaction files, and other paperwork required for a successful transaction
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates on transaction progress
  • Review and verify compliance with standard regulations and industry standards
  • Coordinate the exchange of properties and necessary documents, providing closing statements to all parties involved
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions for future reference
Requirements
  • At least 1-year proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Transaction Management Software
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
