Job Title: Business Recovery Specialist

Job Description:

The Business Recovery Specialist is responsible for the recovery of delinquent accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management, and monitoring and controlling delinquency to minimize credit losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures related to collections.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer service orientation and collaboration within the collections unit.
  • Act as a point of escalation for collection-related concerns.
  • Report audit findings to the Head of Collections for necessary disposition and rectification.
  • Handle complaints or difficult calls in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and control delinquency, and take proactive measures to minimize credit losses.
  • Assist in field collections and barangay case filing when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work based in Pateros, Manila.
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Legal Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant collections experience; Tele sales experience is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven individual with a track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth environment.
