Job Overview

The role of a Service Associate is to deliver exceptional customer service in the Business Center. As part of our team, you will provide timely and competent services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations by consistently implementing bank policies and procedures.
  • Support business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives of the branch.
  • Perform various functions including tellering, new accounts related tasks, and back room operations as outlined in the Branch Operations Manual.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree from a reputable institution, preferably in a field related to business or services.
  • Previous experience in branch operations is desirable but not essential, as we welcome fresh graduates to apply.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and be rotated to other branches.
