Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in our fast-paced environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional home health care services that empower patients to live independently and with dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize company email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Handle intake calls from patients, families, and referral sources with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and documentation support.
  • Coordinate and process referrals from hospitals, clinics, and case managers.
  • Communicate effectively with case managers, patients, and internal staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within our CRM system and electronic medical record software.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a healthcare-related role.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes, referrals, and prior authorizations in healthcare.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management platforms and electronic medical record software.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
