Supporting Leadership Team Success
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our leadership team, managing communications, schedules, and reporting tasks. They will also leverage advanced Excel skills to drive efficiency and decision-making.
This role requires collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams using various tools and platforms, including Excel, Outlook, Pipedrive, Seamless.ai, and SellerCloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Email Correspondence: Handle email correspondence via Outlook and ensure timely follow-ups
- Excel Reporting: Create and maintain Excel reports using advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
- CRM Activities: Support CRM activities using Pipedrive (training provided)
- Data Enrichment: Conduct lead generation and data enrichment using Seamless.ai
- Order Processing: Assist with order processing and inventory tracking via SellerCloud
- Presentation and Documentation: Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and client use
- Client and Vendor Liaison: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
