
Office Coordinator

This role involves providing administrative support to the organization, managing employee data, and ensuring the accuracy of benefits enrollment.
- Process eligibility changes for employees
- Send enrollments to carriers via email or system uploads
- Follow up to ensure updates were successfully completed
- Perform data entry in various carrier systems to add or terminate employees
- Audit internal systems against carrier invoices for accuracy
- Coordinate with carriers and internal systems to develop and maintain connections
- Administrative tasks such as data management and coordination
- Communication with employees and carriers regarding benefits enrollment
- Data analysis and reporting
- College undergraduate or graduate degree
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee benefits administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
