- Maintain strong governance processes in training to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify gaps in internal processes and customers' expectations, contributing to business growth and improvement.
- Liaise with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to calibrate process knowledge and other departments as required.
Core Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of training experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setup, specifically in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze trainees' comprehension competency and adapt training content delivery accordingly.
- Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems, and standards.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and techniques.
