Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Digital Learning Experience Specialist to join our Marketing Academy team. As a key member of our global marketing operations team, you will play a pivotal role in refining the deployment strategy for our learning initiatives and streamlining the logistics of face-to-face workshops.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the global roll-out of Marketing Academy programmes with a focus on design once & deploy everywhere mindset.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Capability and Learning Operations Manager to ensure deployment considerations are factored into initial programme design and vendor selection.
  3. Work closely with NiiT (our Learning Services partner) to design and use suitable technologies, streamline processes/learner journeys, facilitate effective communication, and maintain accurate documentation ensuring that learning initiatives are scalable, accessible, and impactful.
  4. Create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that enhance the learning process using Unilever approved technologies.
  5. Utilize data to inform the scheduling of training sessions, track programme performance & monitor the impact of learning solutions for continuous improvement.
  6. Send targeted communications to maximize seat utilization.
  7. Coordinate the local execution of face-to-face workshops across multi-country regions.
  8. Manage administrative tasks related to workshop delivery including room bookings, catering arrangements, printing, and stationary requirements.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers and event teams to facilitate workshop logistics in countries outside of the local organizer's base location.
  10. Build and codify the deployment of face-to-face workshops with a view to developing repeat ways of working, process steps, and simplifications to deliver a consistent learning experience.
  11. Help streamline & optimize learning operations within the Marketing Academy.
  12. From Demand Planning to session scheduling: Efficiently coordinate demand forecasting and align session scheduling to meet learning priorities for the year to come.
  13. Vendor Management: Rigorously manage supplier relationships, ensuring strict compliance and cost efficiency working collaboratively with Unilever procurement teams.
  14. Programme Performance Tracking and Analysis: Meticulously monitor and analyze programme performance to drive continuous improvement.
  15. Comms & Engagement: Actively enhance programme communications to promote learning initiatives.
  16. Learning UX Design: Understand Unilever approved learning platforms available to ensure we deliver the best user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, HR or Marketing is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years direct experience in learning & development or event management.
  • Excellent Communication (oral & written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Confidence to work independently – making your own judgment, using discretion while utilizing Unilever policies and practices.
  • Proficiency in L&D Technologies.
  • Great attention to detail, a passion for delivering great customer experience and ability to spot an opportunity to improve a process at a mile off.
  • Must be amenable for a contract-based role for 6 months.
