Job Description

As the Marketing Strategic Partnerships Head, you will be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for the Marketing Division. You will oversee daily operations, maintain budgets, prioritize critical items, and proactively seek out new partnership opportunities that align with the company's objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Marketing Division – oversee daily operations, maintain controls, and ensure autonomy within the Division.
  2. Set the vision and roadmap for the Division.
  3. Sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers - internal and external.
  4. Deliver customer-focused experience improvements and negotiate required support.
  5. Oversight on deal negotiations and business development initiatives of the Division.
  6. Evaluate the Division's purpose and outcomes against Globe's, Marketing's, and BU strategies.
  7. Maintain an inspired Division: empower and coach employees to make their own decisions.
  8. Accountable for operational, performance, and customer experience outcomes.
