Job Summary:

The Associate Solutions Consultant will be part of a collaborative team responsible for the implementation of Med-Metrix's Revenue Cycle Technology Suite.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend internal assessment meetings to develop design documentation based on best practice recommendations.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements, expectations, and needs.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode (IF this THEN that…) for MMX Development and QA Teams.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results.
  • Work with large datasets to identify improvement opportunities and present data in support of these recommendations.
  • Support clients utilizing the AnalytX Suite of Products post-deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather technical documentation working directly with MMX Development and QA Teams.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live.
  • Protect patients' PHI according to HIPAA standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision.
