Job Description

The Associate Solutions Consultant will work as part of a team responsible for the internal implementation of Revenue Cycle Technology.

  • Participate in internal assessment meetings with the Accounts Receivable Services department to develop design documentation in Visio.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation to pseudocode intended for the Development and QA Teams.
  • Problem solve and analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support recommendations.
  • Support clients utilizing the Suite of Products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather technical documentation to ensure all rules are programmed correctly.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Experience: 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications is required.

Skills:

  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision.
