Revenue Cycle Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for accounting professionals transitioning into U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create customized RCM training programs focusing on medical billing, coding, claims processing, AR management, and compliance for professionals with an accounting background.
  • Cultivate expertise in live and virtual training sessions covering key areas of RCM including insurance claims processing, denials management, payment posting, and AR follow-up.
  • Develop high-quality training materials, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and RCM software for hands-on training.
Technical Expertise
  • Instruct learners on ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding fundamentals and their integration into RCM workflows.
  • Educate learners on Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursement policies for the U.S. market emphasizing RCM performance metrics (Net Collection Rate, AR Days, First-Pass Resolution).
  • Guide learners in RCM automation tools and process optimization strategies staying updated with CMS regulations, payer policy changes, and RCM industry trends.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least one industry certification preferred CRC, CPB, CHF, CMR, CMRS, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or claims processing for the U.S. healthcare system preferably with training, mentoring, or teaching experience.
