Job Title: Project Management and Operations Lead

  • As a skilled project manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • You will work closely with internal staff, key stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • A key aspect of this role is managing project performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path items, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for managing vendor and team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations.
  • Performance metrics are crucial in this role, and you will own these metrics, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards.
  • In partnership with leadership, you will identify priorities and strategically align your time to meet these priorities, driving progress and completion.
  • Project specific goals, schedules, budgets, strategy, and detailed assumptions will be developed and executed by you, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Beyond project management, you will build strong relationships with client representatives, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • You will coordinate due diligence efforts, maintaining and delivering all necessary documentation.
  • A key component of this role is developing project budgets based on historical and market data, clearly defining set assumptions.
  • Standards will be updated and documented, with proper pricing set to support negotiated contracts.
  • You will guide customers and teams through design implementation, conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Master Project Schedules will be developed and managed, ensuring successful project execution and timely completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience of managing vendor and team performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, including MS Project and Asana.
