Job DescriptionAs the IT Project Manager, you will lead the coordination and execution of digital initiatives that directly impact customer experience, partner engagement, and delivery operations. This role involves aligning local and overseas development teams, ensuring on-time feature delivery, and translating product strategy into actionable development plans. You will work closely with the Lead Product Manager and the broader product team to ensure smooth and efficient execution from backlog grooming to final release.

Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination & Team Management: Oversee daily project activities, coordinate between local and overseas teams, track multiple projects, and ensure they stay on schedule and within scope. Collaboration with Product Management: Work with the Lead Product Manager to interpret requirements, maintain the backlog, and support Agile ceremonies. Communication & Reporting: Act as the main contact for updates, communicate across teams, and collaborate with restaurant and logistics teams.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Implement QA processes, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure smooth handovers. Qualifications:Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in eCommerce or related fields. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and managing fast-paced release cycles.

Ability to manage cross-functional and remote teams effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; PMP certification is a plus. Fluency in both Russian and English (written and spoken) is required. RequirementsPlease refer to the detailed job description above.
