Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams through all activities in the project lifecycle, including planning, time and resource management, change, risk, and stakeholder management. Our ideal candidate will have experience with Agile Methodology and SDLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects within agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with established project methodology and approach.
  • Communicate project status, progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders for escalation.
  • Monitor and resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Project Management experience with at least 3 full cycle implementations and at least 3 years of relative experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Engineering, or Computer Science-related fields.
Skill Set
  • Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong process orientation and enforcement.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
