We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge technology at our online travel booking platform. This position is responsible for owning the product from concept to launch, gathering requirements from stakeholders, leading conversations with internal customers, and demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.

This role involves developing and implementing product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize requirements, prioritizing features and functionality. Additionally, you will lead in-person conversations with internal customers to understand user needs and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmapping: Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize requirements, prioritizing features and functionality
  • User Needs: Lead in-person conversations with internal customers to understand user needs and priorities

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced innovative environment
  • 5+ years (in total) of technical experience in software engineering or developer experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Able to relocate fully to Bangkok, Thailand
