Job Title: Software Development Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software development leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development principles and be able to apply them in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of complex features and ensure high-quality code is delivered on time.
  • Understand the problem space and devise effective solutions that scale.
  • Invest in continuous learning and actively share knowledge with team members.
  • Collaborate with the team and leadership to define best practices and recommendations.
  • Assist the team in achieving quality goals and work towards gaining efficiency and predictability.
  • Participate in the hiring process and contribute to the attraction and development of a stronger Front-End team.
  • Advocate for code quality, reusability, and the simplification of user experiences.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of software developers.

Our team uses a variety of technologies including Pyspark, SparkSQL, T-SQL, .NET Framework 6+, MySQL, SQL Azure, Azure Data factory, and Angular 14. Experience with AzureDevOps, SonarCloud, Terraform, and mentoring junior developers is a plus.
