Senior Accounting Professional

We're a dynamic, growth-oriented finance team looking for a seasoned Senior Accountant to join our ranks. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional financial expertise and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

This role is perfect for a motivated accounting professional with a strong background in technical accounting research, GAAP compliance, and process improvement. If you have excellent communication skills, are passionate about problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative setting, we want to hear from you.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be part of a global finance team working with U.S. clients in the tech industry. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex challenges, design and implement processes, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end General Ledger Accounting
  • Partner with the Finance Controller for ASC 606 recording and commission expense reporting
  • Design and roll out processes for capitalizing software development costs under ASC 350
  • Prepare and present financial reports for senior leadership
  • Lead projects requiring technical accounting research, GAAP compliance, and memo preparation
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements
  • Participate in software implementations, process upgrades, and cross-training initiatives
  • Take ownership of special projects, ad-hoc reports, and general accounting duties as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience
  • 2-3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies
  • At least 2 years working with U.S. clients (insurance and tech company experience is a plus)
  • Strong exposure to ASC 606
  • QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Credit Card transaction experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while acting with integrity and professionalism
