We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent in digital marketing sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a focus on cold-calling and recruitment in diverse international markets. They will also possess strong digital marketing acumen, particularly in PPC/Paid Media, and be able to speak credibly about Google Ads, Meta Ads, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven Sales Closer Experience: Identify and recruit high-performing sales professionals with experience in outbound sales, including collecting payment card information from US-based SMBs.
  • Global Recruitment Prowess: Successfully recruit sales talent across various international markets for outbound sales roles, considering cultural nuances and building diverse, high-performing global teams.
  • Digital Marketing Acumen: Have a strong grasp of digital marketing, specifically PPC/Paid Media, and be able to identify sales professionals who can sell these solutions.
  • Elite Sourcing & Prospecting: Utilize Boolean Logic, social media navigation, and networking skills to unearth niche sales talent with PPC expertise across LinkedIn, specialized forums, and passive candidate channels.
  • Acute Assessment & Interviewing: Possess exceptional listening skills, use the STAR method, and have an uncanny ability to identify true sales potential and cultural fit, especially within a high-volume, cold-calling environment.
