We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Recruiting Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing our recruitment efforts, ensuring that we attract and acquire top talent to drive business growth.

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to our recruitment team, focusing on hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency, and strategic direction.
  • Act as escalation point for issues that arise and identify the optimum solution for both parties.
  • Support the team with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning, and performance optimization.
  • Recruit and induct new staff as required, ensuring effective training and on-boarding processes minimize disruption to clients and improve time to productivity.
  • Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction.
  • Perform a range of managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing recruitment teams, and establishing regular communication with the team.
  • Serve as front-line escalation for executive leadership and recruitment management groups.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes, define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards, and collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success.
  • Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs of recruitment management groups to facilitate performance excellence.
Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager, conducting performance reviews, and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire IT professionals in Latin America, aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs, continuously expanding the talent pool.
  • Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and other stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, and develop strong client relationships.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance, experience in handling offshore recruitment processes, and interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
