Talent Sourcer Role

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top software engineering talent for clients. This involves understanding client needs and candidate personas for highly technical positions such as backend engineers, full stack engineers, and AI/ML professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with recruiters to understand client requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies across multiple platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack/Discord groups, and other niche communities.
  • Proactively engage and follow up with passive candidates to build relationships and increase the chances of successful placements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hiring trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve results.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong skills in Boolean search and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities.
  • Understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology, although coding skills are not required.
