  • Self-motivated, organized, and growth-oriented individual with a strong desire for continuous learning.
  • Experience in training and development is a plus but not required.
  • Capacity to think critically, analyze situations, and provide innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, if necessary.
