Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver medium to large-scale healthcare IT process optimization initiatives. They will ensure alignment with strategic business goals, manage project portfolios, and collaborate with onshore leadership and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional healthcare IT projects.
  • Proven experience in onshore/offshore delivery environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
