Humanitarian Disaster Response Coordinator

MCI specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients.
We seek agents for disaster relief efforts, a temporary and remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
Candidates accepted will be contacted on an as-needed basis through email and text messages.
Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities- Improve customer experience by applying exceptional solutions to simple requests.
- Utilize the latest customer service techniques and learn account management systems.
- Assist customers with service inquiries.
- Learn common requests and solutions.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills necessary.
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) required.
