Remote Disaster Relief Agent

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated agents to work in response to disaster relief efforts. This temporary, remote position is contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
The ideal candidate will apply customer service techniques, learn account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a difficult time.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with service inquiries
- Learn common requests and solutions
- Improve the customer's experience
- Utilize our service techniques and systems
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
