Are you looking for a dynamic opportunity to make a difference in your community? We are seeking highly motivated agents to work as needed in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
Job Description:As a Disaster Relief Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with service inquiries and providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers with service inquiries
- Learn the common requests and solutions
- Improve the customer's experience
- Utilize our service techniques and systems
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
Requirements include being 18 years of age or older, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and possessing excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute), have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and be highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
